Welcome to Rasamadu Heritage - a place where historical and cultural heritage meets a modern setting that provides a unique experience. Tickets can be purchased online through the website by selecting the desired visit time. Tickets are also available on-site during operating hours.

We look forward to welcoming you!

Check the date and time printed on the ticket to ensure your arrival is convenient.
Upon arrival, please proceed to the counter or entrance to confirm your ticket (digital or printed).
Keep your ticket with you while in the visit area as proof of entry.

For your convenience, please leave large bags, tripods, food and drinks in the storage area.
Rasamadu Heritage is committed to accessibility; please let the staff know if you need special assistance.
Do not leave valuables unattended.

Bringing in outside food and drinks is prohibited.
Pets are prohibited.
No sharp weapons, hazardous materials, or items that may cause a disturbance of comfort.
Strollers and wheelchairs are allowed, while other large vehicles must be left behind.
Unauthorized items will be detained by staff accordingly.

Keep the peace and respect the cultural heritage area.
Smoking and bringing food and drinks inside the visit area is prohibited.
Please do not touch the structures or artifacts on display, except in permitted areas.
Camera use is allowed without flash to preserve the building.
Children above 1 meter in height must purchase a ticket.

House Rules Cubic Room - Rasamadu Heritage

Enjoy the experience and explore every corner of the Cubic Room area.
Capture the moment without flash to protect the historical artifacts.
Wear footwear in the form of shoes or sandals (other than flip-flops).
Use the footwear covers provided.
Follow staff directions to keep your visit safe and comfortable.

Do not touch or lean on projection equipment and mirrors in the Cubic Room area.
Eating, drinking and smoking (including vaping) are prohibited in the Cubic Room area.
Running or pushing is prohibited in the Cubic Room area.
Avoid wearing high heels or flip-flops.

Maximum of 8 people per group, with assistance from photographers or guides provided by Rasamadu Heritage.

Warning: The Cubic Room area has flashing light effects and sensory effects that may not be suitable for individuals with epilepsy or sensitivity to light and sound.
Minimum Age: Visitors are recommended to be 6 years old and above, and children aged 6-11 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Emergency Exits: Please note the location of the nearest emergency exit.
